Every human being is beautiful and incredible in his/her own way but we are human we need more though we got more than we deserved still more and more……
Kelsey Wells, mother of a child wanted to have her body back to the way she was when she was a teenager at any cost. So, she started the Bikini Body Guide workout daily and used to do that every day even she included that in her schedule.
She was 145 lb and she wanted to be 122 lb. But as you all know we humans, at first we take to start up with great enthusiasm but after few day or lets for some of it continued for few weeks. Same happened with her also. She also started this with great joy but later she left.
Though she motivated herself to achieve her target weight but life is full of problems and excuses, something wrong happened.
Though the mother succeeded to achieve her target weight but……her body didn’t appear the way she expected it to be.
Now she realized that the scale of her body can’t define her. So, she finally decided to live her life with all the joy and happiness which she was missing without giving a damn to the scale.

Kelsey has suggested and requested all of us to stop hanging up by the number displayed by the weight scale (which she honored as stupid ) and to stop thinking about our weight and having a miss conception that ” WEIGHT EQUALS YOUR PROGRESS” . She encouraged us to no to compromise with the love of our life and food.
Before her pregnancy, Kelsey weighed 130 lb and her weight goal to 122 lb.
She wrote, “To any of you who are where I once was, please listen to me. I am 5’7″ and weight 140 lbs. When I first started #bbg I was 8 weeks postpartum and 145 lbs. I weighed 130 before getting pregnant. So, based on nothing besides my own warped perception, I decided my ‘goal weight’ should be 122 and to fit into my skinniest jeans…”
The target is achieved by her, which she had dreamed of she was not satisfied.
Continuing…. she wrote “Well after a few months of BBG and breastfeeding, I HIT IT and I fit into those size 0 jeans. Well, guess what? I HAVE GAINED 18 POUNDS SINCE THEN. EIGHT FREAKING TEEN. Also, I have gone up two pant sizes and as a matter of fact I ripped those skinny jeans wide open just the other week trying to pull them up over my knees.”
she wants us to change our thinking about fitness and health by motivating us.
Checking progress by numbers on scale is wrong:
Body composition is the part in which we should work or think.
She said that she has never been healthier than she is now. She added that she has never been more comfortable in her own skin as she is now.
The crux of the story is to measure your progress by other factors such as strength, ability, endurance, health, and happiness.
So, keep taking your progress photos and videos every day.
Her story is a real motivation to all of us to live a healthy life without any inhibition for our weight. She motivated us now it is our time to motivate others by sharing this content with our dear ones.
